I am the American jaguar
I walk this land free
in trails laid by ancestors
I go where I want to be
born in the rain forest
under the canopy by the sea
swam in every river
climbed almost every tree
am not the one who trespasses
will not be the one to flee
a gift from mother nature
America belongs to me
